At the moment the following dates are confirm.

MEMBERSHIP FEES
(PRO MEN MEMBERS receive IBA WQT POINTS)=
(PRO WOMEN MEMBERS receive IBA WWT POINTS)= AMATEUR MEN memberships RECEIVE AMATEUR POINTS= AMATEUR WOMEN memberships AMATEUR POINTS= (AMATEUR MEMBERS DO NOT RECEIVE IBA WQT / WWT POINTS)

NOTE:
IBA Tour Membership is NOT entry fees. At Regional IBA Events, if you wish to enter an event and NOT receive points you are only required to pay Entry Fee. If you wish to enter an event and receive IBA WQT or WWT points you must pay Entry Fee and Membership. This Membership covers you for ALL events held in the Caribbean Region in 2004.

CONTEST ENTRY FEES
Contest fees are due on Wednesday’s before the beginning of the window period.
PRO MEN entry fees= paid in advance (PRO MEN entry fees compete for the cash prizes in the contest)
Amateur MEN entry fees = paid in advance (competes in the same contest as the pro, but do not collect cash)
PRO WOMEN entry fees= paid in advance (pro entry fees compete for the cash prizes in the contest)
Amateur WOMEN entry fees = paid in advance (competes in the same contest as the pro, but do not collect cash)

BEACH ENTRY FEES =
*Beach entries are subject to availability*
All beach entries are subject to availability and go to ALTERNATES WAITING LIST and replace competitors who have not check in 5 minutes before their first round heat. At the start of the - FIRST ROUND ONLY - a competitor who has not checked in for their heat can be replaced by the first alternate and the no show guy goes to the bottom of the list and waits. All alternates have their Entry Fees refunded if they do not compete but have to pay to be on the list.
At later rounds competitors may turn up late and surf only a few minutes of their heat to still try to get through.
